These programs will only work for registered users, and will not operate properly unless the programs have previously been installed using our setup programs. These are service packs or patches only.

After downloading any update program below, unzip it and and replace your current copy of the program with the new version.

Field Contact Personal Edition 7.5 to Field Contact Agency Edition Conversion Patch. (Converts Personal Edition to Agency Edition which allows for multiple log in accounts and access control. This program will not function without a password.)

Field Contact Version 8 Help File - We are posting this HTML help file from our up-coming release so that Vista users can view help. Your computer's security may block the display of the topics. To correct this, right-click on the file, select Properties, and select Unblock at the bottom of the window that appears.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS:
Q. How do I set the date format used by Field Contact?
A: Field Contact uses the date format set by Windows. To change your date and time formats, open Control Panel, then Regional and Language Settings. Once you have changed the formats here, Field Contact will use your new settings.
Q: What password do I use for Field Contact?
A: The original password is kodiak. You may, of course change this once you have logged in for the first time. If you are in Agency mode, then the default account name is also kodiak.
